Milonga DJs
·For the moment, we're doing these things in parallel: Rob is coordinating the DJ-list for the next five weekends.
·Jeff will be admin for the DJ station Mac. This is for educational purposes, so people start to play with the music.
·Tag team Dj-ing (pair or group) is a useful lead in.
·Jim made copies of the collection of Tanda lists, and these are sitting on top of the DJ Station Mac if anyone wants one.
·Jim is making some fullproof Tandas on CD's for emergency or regular use.
·Homer is available for DJ training (live or otherwise, traditional or otherwise), while here.
Site management
·Basically, everyone will help keep things nice.
·Milonga open-close, front-desk: Yifang & Kathryn
·Construction management, cleaning, supplies: Rhonda
pre-milonga instructors
Rebecca & Andrew will coordinate this. They are in our pool of regular Intro/beginning instructors, along with Ev, Marisela, Vicky & Kathryn. If we have a visiting instructor, it's good to have a simultaneous intermediate class. Some possibilities this month: Homer (both nights) and Amy (August 6th). If Bill Alsup, Alejandro Tosi, Andrew Burt, or someone else drops in, lets give them the intermediate side.
